EASTON CT HOMES: Inventory is somewhat stable after a jump a few weeks go at 94 homes that are actively on the market. They have been available for 123 days and are listed at an average price of $821,192. The median price in Easton is now $649,900. The highest available listed home price is $2,398,000 and the lowest price is $294,900.
SINGLE FAMILY HOME INVENTORY based upon the current absorption rate:exactly the same as last week at 12.82 months. The goal for a neutral market in Easton is about eight months.
No new listings came on the market this week, and no homes came back on the market after being under deposit. Two properties had a price change.
