EASTON CT HOMES: As of this morning, there are 94 homes actively on the market for 115 days and are listed at an average price of $943,030. The median price in Easton is $725,000. The highest available listed home price is $2,900,000 and the lowest price is $299,900. The most active price pocket in town is between one and one-and-one-half million dollars, representing almost 28 percent of all of the available inventory.
