Easton CT Housing and Real Estate Market Report Week of 12/9/13

Inventory is stable with last week and there are now 72 actively listed homes on the market. These homes have been  available an average of 155 days, and have  a *cumulative market time of 230 days. These properties are listed at an average price of $946,411, and the median price in Easton is  steady at $799,000. The highest available listed home price is $3,595,000 and the lowest price is $189,900.

One new listing came on the market this week, and no homes came back on the market after being under deposit. Four properties had a price change.  Three properties have gone under the initial deposit stage, (which we call CTS) and three homes went into  pending status, (which means that the conditions have been satisfied) They wwere listed on average at $530,000.

TOWNWIDE DEPOSITS: There are 12 properties in CTS status, and nine  properties in pending status that are scheduled to close, with an average list price of $533,444.

CLOSINGS: Five properties were reported as sold this past week, and were listed on average  at $844,800. There were 17 status changes in the last week.

EASTON CT CONDOS: There are no condominiums in Easton.

RENTALS: If you are looking for a rent in town, the average price of the 10 homes available is $3,525 per month. These homes are listed at a median  price of $3,475 per month, and have been on the market approximately 66 days.
