Easton CT Housing and Real Estate Market Report Week of 1/21/14

Inventory is stable with the last four weeks and there are now 70 actively listed homes on the market. These homes have been  available an average of 161 days, and have  a *cumulative market time of 253 days. These properties are listed at an average price of $942,033, and the median price in Easton is currently at $837,500. The highest available listed home price is $2,1,99,000 and the lowest price is $179,900.

Three new listings came on the market this week, and one home came back on the market after being under deposit. Six properties had a price change.  Three properties have gone under the initial deposit stage, (which we call CTS) and three homes went into  pending status, (which means that the conditions have been satisfied) They were listed on average at $518,300.

TOWNWIDE DEPOSITS: There are four properties in CTS status, and eight properties in pending status that are scheduled to close, with an average list price of $525,925.

CLOSINGS:One property was reported as sold this past week, and was listed  at $525,000. There were 16 status changes in the last week.

EASTON CT CONDOS: There are no condominiums in Easton.

RENTALS: If you are looking for a rent in town, the average price of the nine homes available is $3,225 per month. These homes are listed at a median  price of $3,175 per month, and have been on the market approximately 87 days.
