Southport CT Housing and Real Estate Market Report 11/13/13

SOUTHPORT CT HOMES:  Southport's median list price is now at at $1,150,000. As of this morning, there are 43 homes that have actively been on the market for an average of 141 days, and an average *cumulative market time of 315 days, which are listed at an average price of $1,726,081.

The highest priced home for sale in the Southport area of town is listed at $7,350,000 and the lowest priced available single family home is $425,000.

Three new listings came on the market this week, and one home came back on the market after being under deposit. There were no properties that had a price change, and two homes have gone under the initial deposit stage, which we call CTS. Five properties went into Pending status, which means that the conditions have been satisfied,  and were listed on average at $1,098,580.

SOUTHPORT DEPOSITS: There are five homes currently under the beginning stage of deposit ( CTS status) , and 12 homes  scheduled to close, that have an average list price of $1,985,825.

CLOSINGS: There was one closing reported in the past week, and the home was listed at $1,611,972. There were 14 status changes in the last seven days.
