Trumbull CT Housing Report and Market Statistics Week of 6/16/2015

AN EXTREME BUYER/SELLER ACTION ALERT REMAINS IN EFFECT FOR SINGLE FAMILY HOMES -. As of this morning, there are 207 homes that are actively on the market. The average market time is 81 days,  and their *cumulative market time is 130 days. These available properties are listed at an average price of $462,2863, and the median list price in Trumbull is currently $429,900.  The highest priced home in town is listed at $1,350,000 and the lowest priced home is available at $165,000.

This week, we saw 27 new listings come on the market, and two homes come back on the market after being under deposit or withdrawn. There were  22 properties that had a price change. There were 11 properties that went under the initial deposit stage, which we call CTS, and 19 properties went into Pending status, which means that the conditions have been satisfied, and the property is scheduled to close. Their average list price was $401,555.

TOWNWIDE DEPOSITS:  There are 69 properties townwide in the initial stage of deposit (which we call CTS) and an additional 55 properties that are scheduled to close, and their average price is $391,510.

CLOSINGS:  There were seven properties that were reported as sold in this past week, The average list price was $436,686 and their average time on the market was 98 days. There were 98 status changes in the last week.

TRUMBULL CT CONDOS: The median price of the 20 condominiums that are available in Trumbull is $354,500. These homes have been listed an average of 130 days,  with an average cumulative market time of 167  days, and have an average price of $455,015. The highest priced condo in Trumbull is listed at $799,000, and the lowest priced home is $237,500.

There was one new listing reported, no homes came back on the market,  and three properties had a price change. One home went into CTS status  and three homes went into pending status, with an averag eprice of $383,000.

The average market time is 76 days,  and their *cumulative market time is 127 days. These available properties are listed at an average price of $478,825. The median list price in Trumbull is currently $424,500.  The highest priced home in town is listed at $1,250,000 and the lowest priced home is available at $165,000.

This week, we saw 29 new listings come on the market, and two homes come back on the market after being under deposit. There were  21 properties that had a price change. There were 20 properties that went under the initial deposit stage, which we call CTS, and seven properties went into Pending status, which means that the conditions have been satisfied, and the property is scheduled to close. Their average list price was $457,700.

TOWNWIDE DEPOSITS:  There are 69 properties townwide in the initial stage of deposit (which we call CTS) and an additional 42 properties that are scheduled to close, and their average price is $398,929.

There were 10 properties that went under the initial deposit stage, which we call CTS, and five properties went into Pending status, which means that the conditions have been satisfied, and the property is scheduled to close. Their average list price was $434,740.

TOWNWIDE DEPOSITS:  There are 28 properties townwide in the initial stage of deposit (which we call CTS) and an additional 25 properties that are scheduled to close, and their average price is $364,908.
