Weekly Trumbull CT Real Estate Market Update 2/22/11

TRUMBULL CT HOMES: There are currently 155 homes on the market for an average of $457,438  that have been on the market an average of 118 days. There were 5  new listings and no homes came back on the market after being under deposit. 4 Properties had a price change. In the last week,  2 properties have gone under deposit, which is what we call CTS. This means that the property just took a binder, but all the contingencies have not yet been met. 3 properties went into Pending status, which generally means that the all conditions have been satisfied. The 2 properties that closed in the last week were  listed  at an average of $497,900 and were  on the market for 160 days. There were 23 status changes.

TRUMBULL CT CONDOS: There are currently 24  condominiums on the market listed at an average price  of $374,825 that have been on the market an average of 153 days. There were no new listings and no properties  came back on the market after being under deposit. No Properties  had a price change. In the last week,  no properties  went into CTS status, and 2 properties went into pending status. No properties  closed in the last week. There was a total of 3 status changes.

There are currently 15 rental opportunities in Trumbull at an average price of $2160 per month.
