TRUMBULL CT HOMES:  The median list price in Trumbull is $359,450.  Lots of sales activity happening this week! It's a GOOD thing! There are currently 159 homes on the market for an average of $447,442  that have been on the market an average of 108 days. There were 9  new listings and no homes came back on the market after being under deposit. 2 Properties had a price change. In the last week,  7 properties have gone under deposit, which is what we call CTS. This means that the property just took a binder, but all the contingencies have not yet been met. 8 properties went into Pending status, which generally means that the all conditions have been satisfied. The 2 properties that sold had an average list price of $290,000 and were on the market an average of  169 days. There were 38 status changes.

TRUMBULL CT CONDOS: The condo market in Trumbull is still struggling. There are currently 23  condominiums on the market listed at an average price  of $375,991 that have been on the market an average of 148 days. There was 1 new listing and no properties  came back on the market after being under deposit. No Properties  had a price change. In the last week,  2  properties  went into CTS status, and no properties went into pending status. No properties  closed in the last week. There were 4 status changes.
