Trumbull CT Weekly Real Estate Market Report 3/29/11

TRUMBULL CT HOMES:  The median list price in Trumbull is $359,500. The market is continuing to  improve, although at a slower rate than Faifield or Norwalk. As of this morning, there are 170 homes actively on the market for  102 days and are listed at an average of $441,593. 10 new listings came on the market this week, including no homes that came back on the market after being under deposit.  There were  8 properties that had a price change. 12 properties have gone under the initial deposit stage, which we call CTS, and 6 properties went into Pending status, which means that the conditions have been satisfied, and the property is scheduled to close. CLOSINGS: No properties sold this past  week. There were 48 status changes in the last week.

TRUMBULL CT CONDOS: The  24 condominiums that are available have been  listed an average of 148 days, and have an average price of $372,387.  No new listings came on the market this week, and 1 Property had a price change. In the last week,  1 property went into CTS status,  and no properties went into pending status. One  propertyclosed in the last week that was listed for $379,00 and was on the market for 176 days. There were 5 status changes for the week.

If you are looking for a rent in town, there are  14 homes or apartments available, and they are listed at average price of $2,112 per month, and have been on the market approximately 51 days.
