TRUMBULL CT HOMES: The median list price in Trumbull is $372,400. The market is continuing to improve, although at a slower rate than Faifield or Norwalk. As of this morning, there are 180 homes actively on the market for 91 days and are listed at an average of $464,775. 15 new listings came on the market this week, including 1 home that came back on the market after being under deposit. There were 9 properties that had a price change. 8 properties have gone under the initial deposit stage, which we call CTS, and 9 properties went into Pending status, which means that the conditions have been satisfied, and the property is scheduled to close. CLOSINGS: 5 properties sold this past week. The average list price was $305,520 and these homes were on the market an average of 118 days. There were 55 status changes in the last week.
TRUMBULL CT CONDOS: The median price of a condo in Trumbull is $339,250.
