As of this morning, there are 207 homes actively on the market for 79 days and are listed at an average of $475,054, and the median list price in Trumbull is $389,500. This week, we saw 18 new listings come on the market, including two homes that came back on the market after being under deposit. There were 11 properties that had a price change. There were seven properties that have gone under the initial deposit stage, which we call CTS, and 12 properties went into Pending status, which means that the conditions have been satisfied, and the property is scheduled to close. CLOSINGS: There were six properties that sold this past week. The average list price was $394,700 and these homes were on the market an average of 93 days. There were 68 status changes in the last week.
TRUMBULL CT CONDOS: The median price of a condo in Trumbull is $336,950. The 30 condominiums that are available have been listed an average of 135 days, and have an average price of $336,950. No new listings came on the market this week. Three condominiums had a price change. In the last week, one condominiums went into CTS status, and one property went into pending status. CLOSINGS: There was one property that closed in the last week which was listed at $334,900 and was on the market for 170 days . There were seven status changes for the week.
RENTALS: If you are looking for a rent in town, there are 15 homes or apartments available, and they are listed at average price of $2,563 per month. These homes have been on the market approximately 51 days. The median price for a rental is $2300 per month.
