Trumbull CT Real Estate Market Report Week of July 17, 2012

 TRUMBULL CT HOMES: As of this morning, there are 219 homes that are actively on the market. Their average market time is 92 days and they are listed at an average price of $421,081. The median list price in Trumbull is $344,900. The highest priced home in town is listed at $1,050,000 and the lowest priced home is available at $140,000.

This week, we saw 13 new listings come on the market, and no homes came back on the market after being under deposit. There were 13 properties that had a price change. There were 13 properties that went under the initial deposit stage, which we call CTS, and 13 properties went into Pending status, which means that the conditions have been satisfied, and the property is scheduled to close. Their average list price was $423,406.

TOWNWIDE PENDINGS: There are 63 properties scheduled to close, and their average price is $365,818.

CLOSINGS: There were eight properties that were reported as sold in this past week, The average list price was $382,200 and their average time on the market was 92 days. There were 73 status changes in the last week.

TRUMBULL CT CONDOS: The median price of the 27 condominiums that are available in Trumbull is $314,700. These homes have been listed an average of 97 days, and have an average price of $359,274. The highest priced condo in Trumbull is listed at $559,999. The lowest priced home is $99,900.

No new listings came on the market this week, and no homes came back on the market after being under deposit.  No condominiums had a price change. In the last week, no condominiums went into CTS status, and two properties went into pending status.

TOWNWIDE PENDINGS: There are three properties scheduled to close, and are listed  on average at $311,966.

CLOSINGS: There were no closings reported in the last week. There were five status changes.

RENTALS: If you are looking for a rent in town, there are 18 homes or apartments available, and they are listed at an  average price of $2,401 per month. These homes have been on the market approximately 35 days. The median price for a rental is $2,175 per month.

 TRUMBULL CT HOMES: As of this morning, there are 228 homes that are actively on the market. Their average market time is 92 days and they are listed at an average price of $420,750. The median list price in Trumbull is $347,400. The highest priced home in town is listed at $1,050,000 and the lowest priced home is available at $140,000.

This week, we saw eight new listings come on the market, and no home come back on the market after being under deposit. There were 10 properties that had a price change. There were five properties that went under the initial deposit stage, which we call CTS, and 11 properties went into Pending status, which means that the conditions have been satisfied, and the property is scheduled to close. Their average list price was $326,490.

TOWNWIDE PENDINGS: There are 59 properties scheduled to close, and their average price is $356,490.

CLOSINGS: There were seven properties that were reported as sold in this past week, The average list price was $367,771 and their average time on the market was 87 days. There were 48 status changes in the last week.

TRUMBULL CT CONDOS: The median price of the 27 condominiums that are available in Trumbull is $314,700. These homes have been listed an average of 93 days, and have an average price of $355,974. The highest priced condo in Trumbull is listed at $559,999. The lowest priced home is $99,900.

The average sales price was $397,625 and the average market time was 73 days.
Total closed Sales Volume for the month of June 2012 was $10,735,900


There were 6 condominium sales reported through the Greater Fairfield County Multiple Listing System in the town of Trumbull during the month of June, 2012.


The average sales price was $315,083 and the average market time was 86 days.
Total closed Condominium  Sales Volume for the month of April 2012 was $1,890,500

The median list price in Trumbull is $342,500. The highest priced home in town is listed at $1,050,000 and the lowest priced home is available at $140,000.

This week, we saw 11 new listings come on the market, and one home come back on the market after being under deposit. There were 13 properties that had a price change. There were 10 properties that went under the initial deposit stage, which we call CTS, and eight properties went into Pending status, which means that the conditions have been satisfied, and the property is scheduled to close. Their average list price was $484,025.

TOWNWIDE PENDINGS: There are 51 properties scheduled to close, and their average price is $358,962.

CLOSINGS: There were 14 properties that were reported as sold in this past week, The average list price was $414,793 and their average time on the market was 93 days. There were 67 status changes in the last week.

This week, we saw three new listings come on the market, and one home come back on the market after being under deposit. There were 13 properties that had a price change. There were 13 properties that went under the initial deposit stage, which we call CTS, and eight properties went into Pending status, which means that the conditions have been satisfied, and the property is scheduled to close. Their average list price was $278,550.

TOWNWIDE PENDINGS: There are 55 properties scheduled to close, and their average price is $342,959.

CLOSINGS: There were  ten properties that were reported as sold in this past week, The average list price was $503,650 and their average time on the market was 61 days. There were 53 status changes in the last week.
