Trumbull CT Real Estate Market Update Week of June 19, 2012

TRUMBULL CT HOMES: As of this morning, there are 238 homes that are actively on the market. Their average market time is 85 days and they are listed at an average price of $418,984. The median list price in Trumbull is $346,950. The highest priced home in town is listed at $1,050,000 and the lowest priced home is available at $140,000.

This week, we saw eight new listings come on the market, and three homes come back on the market after being under deposit. There were 10 properties that had a price change. There were 11 properties that went under the initial deposit stage, which we call CTS, and eight properties went into Pending status, which means that the conditions have been satisfied, and the property is scheduled to close. Their average list price was $304,175.

TOWNWIDE PENDINGS: There are 59 properties scheduled to close, and their average price is $375,435.

CLOSINGS: There were  five properties that were reported as sold in this past week, The average list price was $346,920 and their average time on the market was 73 days. There were 54 status changes in the last week.

TRUMBULL CT CONDOS: The median price of the 23 condominiums that are available in Trumbull is $334,950. These homes have been listed an average of 89 days, and have an average price of $361,904. The highest priced condo in Trumbull is listed at $559,999. The lowest priced home is $99,900.

No new listings came on the market this week, and no homes came back on the market after being under deposit. No condominiums had a price change. In the last week, one condominium went into CTS status, and no properties went into pending status.

TOWNWIDE PENDINGS: There are two properties scheduled to close, and their average listing price is $231,950.

CLOSINGS: There were four closings reported in the last week, and were listed on average st $358,475.  There were eight status changes.

RENTALS: If you are looking for a rent in town, there are 14 homes or apartments available, and they are listed at an  average price of $2,300 per month. These homes have been on the market approximately 36 days. The median price for a rental is $2,150 per month.

TRUMBULL CT HOMES: As of this morning, there are 237 homes that are actively on the market. Their average market time is 81 days and they are listed at an average price of $419,319. The median list price in Trumbull is $347,400. The highest priced home in town is listed at $1,050,000 and the lowest priced home is available at $145,000.

This week, we saw ten new listings come on the market. It was alaso a rough week- Seven home came back on the market after being under deposit. There were 11 properties that had a price change. There were 13 properties that went under the initial deposit stage, which we call CTS, and 12 properties went into Pending status, which means that the conditions have been satisfied, and the property is scheduled to close. Their average list price was $403,317.

TOWNWIDE PENDINGS: There are 59 properties scheduled to close, and their average price is $381,854.

CLOSINGS: There were  four properties that were reported as sold in this past week, The average list price was $452,175 and their average time on the market was 67 days. There were 65 status changes in the last week.

TRUMBULL CT CONDOS: The median price of the 25 condominiums that are available in Trumbull is $334,950. These homes have been listed an average of 83 days, and have an average price of $365,347. The highest priced condo in Trumbull is listed at $559,999. The lowest priced home is $99,900.

One new listing came on the market this week, and no homes came back on the market after being under deposit. Two condominiums had a price change. In the last week, one condominium went into CTS status, and no properties went into pending status.

The median list price in Trumbull is $354,450. The highest priced home in town is listed at $1,099,000 and the lowest priced home is available at $145,000.

This week, we saw thirteen new listings come on the market. One home came back on the market after being under deposit. There were twelve properties that had a price change. There were 17 properties that went under the initial deposit stage, which we call CTS, and 12 properties went into Pending status, which means that the conditions have been satisfied, and the property is scheduled to close. Their average list price was $366,383.

TOWNWIDE PENDINGS: There are 53 properties scheduled to close, and their average price is $372,416.

CLOSINGS: There were 15 properties that were reported as sold in this past week, The average list price was $461,407 and their average time on the market was 86 days. There were 78 status changes in the last week.

TRUMBULL CT CONDOS: The median price of the 23 condominiums that are available in Trumbull is $352,400. These homes have been listed an average of 83 days, and have an average price of $377,730. The highest priced condo in Trumbull is listed at $559,999. The lowest priced home is $99,900.

The median list price in Trumbull is $359,900. The highest priced home in town is listed at $1,099,000 and the lowest priced home is available at $140,000.

This week, we saw just four new listings come on the market, which was in sharp contrast to last week's report. One home came back on the market after being under deposit. There were ten properties that had a price change. There were nine properties that went under the initial deposit stage, which we call CTS, and 12 properties went into Pending status, which means that the conditions have been satisfied, and the property is scheduled to close. Their average list price was $401,733.

TOWNWIDE PENDINGS: There are 59 properties scheduled to close, and their average price is $384,449.

CLOSINGS: There were six properties that were reported as sold in this past week, The average list price was $432,717 and their average time on the market was 59 days. There were 44 status changes in the last week.

TRUMBULL CT CONDOS: The median price of the 25 condominiums that are available in Trumbull is $339,500. These homes have been listed an average of 89 days, and have an average price of $369,059. The highest priced condo in Trumbull is listed at $559,999. The lowest priced home is $99,900.

This week, we saw 17 new listings come on the market. One home came back on the market after being under deposit. There were ten properties that had a price change. There were eight properties that went under the initial deposit stage, which we call CTS, and six properties went into Pending status, which means that the conditions have been satisfied, and the property is scheduled to close. Their average list price was $478,933.

TOWNWIDE PENDINGS: There are 55 properties scheduled to close, and their average price is $385,034.

CLOSINGS: There were eight properties that were reported as sold in this past week, The average list price was $464,500 and their average time on the market was 68 days. There were 64 status changes in the last week.
