TRUMBULL CT HOMES:  The median list price in Trumbull is $382,000. The market is continuing to  improve, and this past week is the best that Trumbull has seen for quite a while.  As of this morning, there are 192 homes actively on the market for  83 days and are listed at an average of $473,744. 8 new listings came on the market this week, including 1 home that came back on the market after being under deposit.  There were  5 properties that had a price change. 8 properties have gone under the initial deposit stage, which we call CTS, and 11 properties went into Pending status, which means that the conditions have been satisfied, and the property is scheduled to close. CLOSINGS: 2 properties sold this past  week. The average list price was $489,900 and these homes were on the market an average of 29 days. There were 41 status changes in the last week.

TRUMBULL CT CONDOS: The median price of a condo in Trumbull is $344,450. The 28 condominiums that are available have been  listed an average of 118 days, and have an average price of $375,703.  no new listings  came on the market this week, and no  Property had a price change. CLOSINGS: 5 properties sold this past  week. The average list price was $434,340 and these homes were on the market an average of 84 days. There were 64 status changes in the last week.

The  29 condominiums that are available have been  listed an average of 119 days, and have an average price of $378,472.  4 new listings  came on the market this week, and no  Property had a price change.
