Easton CT Real Estate Weekly Market report 4/26/11

EASTON CT HOMES:  The median list price in Easton is $724,450.  As of this morning, there are 73 homes actively on the market for 109 days and are listed at an average of $914,147. 4 new listings came on the market this week, and no homes came back on the market after being under deposit.  There were 2 properties that had a price change. 2 properties have gone under the initial deposit stage, which we call CTS, and 1 property went into Pending status, which means that the conditions have been satisfied, and the property is scheduled to close. CLOSINGS: No properties sold in this last  7 days. There were 11 status changes in the last week.

EASTON CT CONDOS: There are no condominiums in Easton

If you are looking for a rent in town, there are  12 homes or apartments available, and they are listed at average price of $4,891 per month, and have been on the market approximately 67 days.
