EASTON CT HOMES:  The Easton market is traditionally slower than her surrounding towns, but this week shows some promising activity. The median list price in Easton is $749,950, and that jumped $25,000 from last week

Five new listings came on the market  this week, and no homes came back on the market after being under deposit.  Three properties had a price change, and one property has gone under the initial deposit stage.No homes went into  pending status, (which means that the conditions have been satisfied). CLOSINGS: One property sold in this past week, was listed at $998,000 and was on the market for 65 days. There were 13 status changes in the last week.
