Real Estate Market Report for Easton CT - week of 6/14/2011

EASTON CT HOMES: As of this morning, there are 94 homes actively on the market for 105 days and are listed at an average price of $940,873. The median price in Easton is $724,000. The highest available listed home price is $2,900,000 and the lowest price is $299,900. Three new listings came on the market  this week, and no homes came back on the market after being under deposit.  Six properties had a price change, and two properties have gone under the initial deposit stage. Two homes went into  pending status, (which means that the conditions have been satisfied). CLOSINGS: No properties sold in this past week. There were fourteen status changes in the last week.

EASTON CT CONDOS: There are no condominiums in Easton.

RENTALS: If you are looking for a rent in town, the median price is $3,450 per month. There are only 11 homes or apartments available, and they are listed at an average price of $5,300 per month. They have been on the market approximately 66 days.
