EASTON CT HOMES: As of this morning, there are 96 homes actively on the market for 100 days and are listed at an average price of $934,042. The median price in Easton is $742,000. The highest available listed home price is $2,900,000 and the lowest price is $299,900. There are 38 four bedroom homes available, and 36 homes available with five or more bedrooms representing 40 percent and 37.5 percent respectively of all the available inventory.
Five new listings came on the market this week, and no homes came back on the market after being under deposit. Two properties had a price change, and one property has gone under the initial deposit stage. One homes went into pending status, (which means that the conditions have been satisfied).
